A bit about my prints from FineArtAmerica...
The prints offered here at FineArtAmerica.com are generally of original oil paintings. The prints are not of photographs or of computer-originated art but oil paintings and, as such, the glossy oil plus my rough, uneven technique does not lend itself to produce a perfect image of a painting. My support, usually rough canvas, also has imperfections and a weave which may be discerned on a photo. While smooth watercolors and thin acrylics have characteristics which give a flatter, more generally accepted image, my medium does not. Thus is the nature of my images which is not enhanced by a more expensive camera or better lighting, unfortunately.
See my BLOG at dianekraudelt.com/BLOG for art tips, musings, and what I'm currently doing with my art.
